Maintenance Manager
$35.00+ per hour
POSITION SUMMARY
We are currently searching for a qualified and reliable maintenance manager to lead our maintenance department. As the maintenance manager, you will be responsible for managing all installation, repair, and upkeep operations of our company’s facilities.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintaining machinery, planning repair activities, and developing maintenance procedures.
Knowledge of OEM machine controllers (FANUC, Siemens and NIT)
· Perform mechanical repairs (and rebuild) on all machines
· Experience replacing spindle drives, drive motors
· Pull and replace machine linear guides and ball screws
· Support with scheduling PM, reading report, diagrams and drawings
· Working knowledge of tool Probing function for CNC Mill Machines
· Able to work with complex NC machine; including 5 Axis
· Perform machine leveling and alignment on all machines
· Identify and replace parts as necessary
· Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain machine tool equipment and controls
· Use machine tool manuals, technical documents, and internal and vendor resources to research machine issues
· General facilities maintenance · Coordinate with external suppliers and maintenance companies to ensure timely and accurate completion of work
· Work based on a sense of urgency with machine down conditions
· Thorough understanding of OSHA and EPA regulations as they pertain to shop operation and maintenance
· Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
· Evaluates jobs in process and on completion to ensure products meet safety and work quality expectations.
