As Founder and CEO, Vicki Vest brings nearly three decades of staffing experience, along with a strong understanding of what both companies and employees need to succeed. Buffie joined our team in 2019 and quickly became an essential part of Vest Professional Placement. As Director of Operations, she has a hand in nearly every area of the business, helping oversee daily operations, support our recruiting team, manage client and employee needs, and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Buffie is known for her ability to problem-solve, adapt quickly, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. Her commitment to our team and clients make her an invaluable part of our continued growth and success.

Marvin joined our team as a recruiter and quickly stood out for his professionalism and sharp attention to detail.  After spending a year with us, he pursued other opportunities before ultimately returning to the team with even greater experience and perspective.  His leadership consistency and commitment to excellence made him a natural choice for Senior Staffing Manager.

Claudia specializes in connecting companies with qualified employees who fit their specific needs. She conducts interviews in both English and Spanish to assess job seekers’ skills, experience, career goals, and preferred opportunities, creating successful matches for temporary and temp-to-hire positions.

Abbie specializes in helping companies find skilled, experienced professionals for direct-hire positions. She takes the time to understand each company’s needs and works to connect them with qualified candidates who are a strong fit for both the position and the company.
