Call or Text 816-282-6288
Fax: 816-787-1307
Can I contact you after hours?
Absolutely! You can text our office phone number 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! We will respond to time sensitive questions immediately. We will respond within one business day on all other questions..
Can you get hired at any of the jobs you offer?
Absolutely! Most of the jobs we offer are temporary to hire. After you have worked the contracted hours, your employer has the option to hire you. This is based on your attendance, job performance, attitude, etc., and is up to the company you are working for to make that decision.
What is your attendance policy?
If you expect to be tardy or absent to a position, you must call or text us 2 hours before your scheduled start time. Our office has 24-hour voice mail and the capability to text directly to our office phone number. If you miss work for any reason without notifying us prior; a “no call, no show” to an assignment is immediate grounds for termination.
Do you offer Health Insurance?
Yes, we do! Full time employees are eligible to elect medical, dental, vision, critical illness and life insurance coverage. Full time employees are defined as those employees who average 30 or more hours per week. Employees have 30 days from the date of hire to enroll or waive coverage. Elected benefits become effective on the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
If interested in more information on plans offered, please contact us for our Benefits Guide.
Do you work with Felons?
Yes, we do. However, some of the companies we staff for have policies that require background checks. In those cases, based on your background, we may not be able to place you at those facilities.

Should I be honest in my interview with a staffing agency recruiter?
Being dishonest with a recruiter could result in your application being rejected, or even worse, being placed in a job that is not a good fit for you.
Do Staffing Agencies Work for Job Seekers or Companies?
A staffing agency connects job seekers with potential employers. While they may work with both job seekers and employers, the primary focus of a staffing agency is to find suitable candidates for the company’s open positions.
What does it mean to work through a Staffing Agency?
While working through a staffing agency, the employee is paid by the agency, not the client company. The agency also handles payroll, taxes, benefits, and other employment-related matters. However, the employee will be working at the client company and will be subject to their rules, regulations, and policies.
