Tooling Technician/Tool Changer

General understanding of the manufacturing processes, quality standards, equipment operations, safety requirements and departmental procedures.
Remove and install tools into designated presses based on direction from Supervisor.
Replace seals, fill guns, knock outs, and other accessories as needed to support production.
Install Logo Plates and Inserts as needed.
Understand press operation and assist with start-up of each tool to ensure proper functionality.
Must be able to operate forklift .

Skills & Abilities
• Must be able to use simple math, count and use basic hand-held measuring tools.
•Must have general understanding of the manufacturing processes, quality standards, equipment operations, safety requirements and departmental procedures.
• Must be fluent in the English Language, both written and spoken.
