WHY COMPANIES USE STAFFING AGENCIES?

When looking for a job, candidates are sometime told they need to go through a staffing agency to work at a particular company.  The candidates are sometimes confused why they have to go to a staffing agency to get a position at “ABC Company”.  For the job seekers out there I thought I would explain why companies go through our service.  

Companies identify that staffing services is the most strategic and cost-effective move. This could be for a variety of reasons, such as not having the resources for in-house recruiting or simply feeling that the advantages of using a recruiting firm outweigh the benefits of doing it on their own.

Reduces Risk of Turnover
New hire turnover is expensive. There are many hidden costs of a vacant position, especially the time and resources it takes to hire and train a new employee — and if they don’t work out, you have to do it all over again with their replacement. When a staffing agency helps you place the best candidates in the right roles the first time around, it increases retention rates and decreases turnover costs.

Opportunity to observe the environment
When a company goes through a staffing agency it allows the company to observe the new employee and it also allows the employee the opportunity to see if they like the job, the environment and if they fit in the company culture. If it doesn’t work out for the employer or employee all they need to do is contact our agency and we will handle everything.  We will find a new employee for the company and a nes position for the job seeker.  It is a win-win for everyone!
